I'm Marco Coronado, founder of Source Software LLC. For 16 years I've been a CTO and engineering leader for small and mid-sized businesses — hundreds of engagements across operations, custom software, infrastructure, and AI. I'm based in New York and work with U.S. clients, almost all of them owner-led companies that don't have a technical leader in-house and don't want the overhead of hiring one.

Source Software was founded in 2026 to formalize this practice. The brand is new; the work isn't. I personally own every engagement — first conversation, scope, price, delivery, follow-up. When a project needs delivery hands, I bring in a vetted team of engineers, designers, and QA I've worked with for years. Clients stay on a single thread with me. No project managers, no account executives, no agency layers.

What you get is owner-to-owner: plain language, fixed scope and price agreed before any work starts, and one person who's accountable for what's delivered. Most of my work falls into four areas — practical AI and automation, custom software and internal tools, IT and cloud cleanup, and technology advisory — though the right starting point usually shows up in the first thirty minutes of a scope call.
